    摘要:

    天然气储运系统用分离机主要用来除去糅杂在天然气中的固液杂质,以提高天然气的纯度,减少其中杂质对天然气储备系统运输管道和存储罐体的腐蚀堵塞等破坏。传统的分离设备结构复杂,安装与维修十分繁琐,且地层水、凝析油和天然气分离效果不好,操控系统复杂,影响了生产效率,加大了生产成本。对此做出改进,基于重力及惯性分离技术,设计一种可智能操控且效率更高的多相流分离设备。该设备结构简单,操作方便,已经实际应用于企业生产环节。

    Abstract:

    The separator in the transportation and storage system of natural gas is mainly used to remove solid and liquid impurities mixed in natural gas,to improve the purity of natural gas, and to reduce the damage of impurities to the transportation pipeline and storage tank of natural gas storage system. The structure of traditional separator is complex, and the installation and maintenance are very complicated.The separation effect of formation water, condensate and natural gas is not good, and the control system is complex, which affects the production efficiency and increases the production cost.Based on gravity and inertia separation technology,a multiphase flow separator with intelligent control and higher efficiency was designed.The separator has simple structure and easy operation.It has been used in enterprise production link.
