Based on the analysis of the structure and principle of XH10ZAYFT00(GJ) rotary buffer valve,the model of the rotary buffer valve was established in AMESim,and the rotary drive hydraulic system was built.The system parameters were determined according to the actual working conditions,and the dynamic simulation of different working conditions were carried out.By comparing and analyzing the flow and pressure of motor and buffer valve obtained through simulation,the dynamic characteristics of rotary buffer valve were obtained.The results show that by using the rotary buffer valve,the pressure impact can be effectively reduced and the service life of the equipment can be prolonged.
