    摘要:

    为研究螺旋输送机工作表面摩擦因数对颗粒输送动力学特性的影响,采用离散单元法建立了螺旋输送机的三维离散元数值模型,分析不同表面摩擦因数下颗粒输运速度、作用力矩和作用能量。研究结果表明:随着表面摩擦因数增加,颗粒平均速度变化不大,但速度波动呈先增大后稳定趋势;随着表面摩擦因数增加,作用在内圆柱面和螺旋面上的力矩和能量均呈现增大趋势,力矩和能量的波动更加剧烈;作用在螺旋面上的力矩和能量要远大于作用在内圆柱面上的力矩和能量。合理降低螺旋面的表面摩擦因数可减小输运振动,提高螺旋输送机输运效率。

    Abstract:

    In order to study the effect of friction coefficient of the screw conveyor working surfaces on the dynamic characteristics of particles, a three-dimensional discrete element numerical model of screw conveyor was established using discrete element method. The transport velocity of particles, acting torque and acting energy under different friction coefficient were analyzed. The results show that with the increase of the surface friction coefficient, the average velocity of particles has no obvious change, but the fluctuation of velocity increases firstly and then remains stable; with the increase of the surface friction coefficient, the torque and energy acting on the inner cylinder and spiral surface show an increasing trend, and the fluctuation of the torque and energy becomes severer; the torque and energy acting on the spiral surface are much greater than those acting on the inner cylinder surface. Decreasing the friction coefficient of spiral surface might decrease the transport vibration and improve the efficiency of the screw conveyor.
