    摘要:

    对制冷离心压缩机用R134a静压气体轴承进行数值分析,得到其气膜内部流场,计算轴承承载力和耗气量。结果表明:轴向静压气体轴承工作且单侧气膜间隙小于0.05 mm时,可以获得大于300 N的支撑力;径向静压气体轴承的平均气膜间隙为20~25 μm、偏心率为0.2时,可以获得大于300 N的承载力。轴承供气系统使用的高压R134a制冷剂会使制冷系统性能下降,计算工况下轴承供气系统使制冷系统性能系数降低1.4%。

    Abstract:

    Numerical analysis of gas bearings of refrigeration centrifugal compressor with R134a was carried out to obtain the internal flow field of the air membrane,and the bearing capacity and flow rate were calculated.The results show that the support force of axial gas bearing is more than 300 N when the unilateral gas film gap is less than 0.05 mm;when the average gas film clearance of radial gas bearing is from 20 μm to 25 μm and the eccentricity is 0.2,the bearing capacity is more than 300 N.The usage of high-pressure refrigerant in the bearing supply system leads to the decrease of refrigeration capacity,the performance coefficient of the refrigeration system is reduced by 1.4%.
