    摘要:

    选择铝青铜和PEEK涂层作为浮动轴套材料,以20CrMnTi作为齿轮材料,利用摩擦磨损试验装置对2种浮动轴套材料在矿物油工作介质下进行摩擦磨损试验。在设定转速下通过改变加载力得到摩擦因数、温度等参数的变化规律;在额定转速下铝青铜与20CrMnTi的极限pv值为22.55 MPa·m/s,PEEK与20CrMnTi的极限pv值为36.83 MPa·m/s。分析其磨损机制,发现前者以黏着磨损和磨料磨损为主,后者以黏着磨损为主。结果表明:PEEK涂层材料摩擦性能优于铝青铜,更适合用作高速齿轮泵浮动轴套材料,有助于齿轮泵的高速化和长寿命。

    Abstract:

    Aluminum bronze and PEEK coating were selected as floating shaft sleeve materials,and 20CrMnTi was used as gear material,friction and wear tests were carried out on two kinds of floating shaft sleeve materials under the mineral oil working medium by using friction and wear test device.Under a certain speed,change rules of the friction coefficients and temperature were obtained by changing the loading force,the limit pv of aluminum bronze and 20CrMnTi was 22.55 MPa·m/s,and that of PEEK and 20CrMnTi was 36.83 MPa·m/s.By analyzing its wear mechanism,it was found that the former was mainly adhesive wear and abrasive wear,while the latter was adhesive wear.The results show that PEEK coating material has better friction performance than aluminum bronze and is more suitable for high-speed gear pump floating sleeve material,which contributes to the high-speed and long-life of gear pump.
