    摘要:

    针对大型装备昂贵、影响力大和生产任务紧等不适合直接对它进行现场试验的问题,设计一种大型装备的液压试验台。介绍其液压系统功能、主要参数、组成、工作原理,对典型元件进行计算与选型,选出合适的液压泵、液压缸和电机,完成其控制系统和监控系统的设计,实现大型装备液压系统在试验台上的性能分析与测试。〖BP(〗结果表明:所设计的大型装备液压试验台可以真实地模拟和再现大型装备液压系统在工业现场的受载特点,对大型装备液压系统的快速排故、提高系统性能有积极作用。

    Abstract:

    Large equipment are not suitable for direct field experiments with the problem such as it is expensive, influential and tight production task. Therefore, a large hydraulic equipment hydraulic test bench was designed. The hydraulic system function, main parameters, composition and working principle were introduced, the typical components were calculated and selected, the appropriate hydraulic pump, hydraulic cylinder and motor were choosed, the designs of the control system and monitoring system were completed,so the performance analysis and test of the hydraulic system of large hydraulic equipment on the test bench could be realized. The results show that by using the designed large equipment hydraulic test bench, the loading characteristics of large equipment hydraulic system in the industrial field can be truly simulated and reproduced, which is of great significance for the rapid troubleshooting and the improve the performance of the equipment.
