Abstract:In the durability test of the flaps and slats,the flap is in the mode of large receding and non-fixed axis rotation,while the slats is in the mode of fixed rotation.During the test,the wing surface keeps moving,and the load size and direction should be changed with wing surface.According to the wing structure of different motion and loading modes,the joint loading schemes of flap and slat were designed respectively.By coordinating the loading system to control the applied load,the servo motor or the electric cylinder position control system was used to control the loading direction,so that the loading direction of the loading point and the relative position of the wing surface remained unchanged under different loading conditions.According to the above schemes,the accuracy of the position control of the loading point and the results of load application both meet the requirements of the test error in the test process,which verifies the feasibility of the above schemes,ensures the precision and accuracy of the test load.It provides references for the following loading of the wing structure in different motion modes.
