    摘要:

    G-R曲线自提出后被广泛应用于地震学和地震预测等领域的研究,对区域地震整体活动性进行评估。基于上述关系,应用震级-频度关系式,划分出某系列数控机床的故障等级,利用MATLAB软件将G-R关系整体嵌入,编制了关于G-R曲线的APP,对收集到的某系列数控机床近20年的故障数据进行了分析,证明了该APP的有效性。

    Abstract:

    Since its proposal,the G-R curve has been widely used in the fields of seismology and earthquake prediction to evaluate the overall activity of regional earthquakes.Based on the above relationship,the magnitude-frequency relationship was used to classify the failure level of a certain series of CNC machine tools,the G-R relationship was embedded in MATLAB software as a whole,and an APP about the G-R curve was compiled,which was used to analyze the data collected form a series of CNC machine tools for nearly 20 years.Analysis of the failure data proved the effectiveness of the APP.
