    摘要:

    针对压剪试验机进行拉伸试验时,拉伸力检测不准,支座压紧装置在进行试验时易与支座橡胶层发生干涉,进行水平剪切时易造成导卫装置变形失效,支座上样困难以及定位不准易造成数据失真,设计可用于工程橡胶支座力学性能检测以及综合试验的电液伺服大型多功能压剪试验机机械结构以及便于应用的液压系统。所设计的试验机具有反应力架强度高、便于安装、自动化程度高、准确可靠、运行平稳、试验方便等特点,可提高工作效率。

    Abstract:

    In view of the inaccurate detection of the tensile force value of the testing machine during the tensile test,the support compression device is easy to interfere with the rubber layer of the support,the guide and guard device are easy to deform and fail during horizontal shear,the support is difficult to load samples on the seat and data distortion caused by inaccurate positioning,a mechanical structure and the hydraulic system of the electro-hydraulic servo large-scale multi-function load-shear testing machine which could be used for the mechanical property testing and comprehensive test of the engineering rubber bearing were designed.The designed testing machine has the advantages of high strength of the reaction force frame,easy installation,high automation degree,accurate and reliable,stable operation and convenient testing,by which the working efficiency can be improved.
