    以典型的柴油机机身曲轴孔装夹为例,采用有限元分析方法,分析V形块角度误差对曲轴孔装夹状态下机身变形的影响。通过改变V形块角度及机身同V形块之间的接触状态,分析柴油机机身可能发生的接触情况及其受力状态;运用ABAQUS仿真软件对机身各种接触情况进行模拟仿真,获得曲轴孔系的一条母线和机身截面节点的变形量,并将其作为机身曲轴孔装夹状态下变形的评价指标;根据角度误差和接触区域状态,讨论装夹误差的组成部分,并分析装夹误差的影响规律。结果表明:在一定角度误差范围内,角度越大,机身变形越大;在V形块角度相同的条件下,交叉的线面接触对机身变形的影响较小;在柴油机机身曲轴孔装夹状态的条件下,A3-E2接触状态对机身变形的影响最小;机身在x、y方向上是弯曲变形,在z方向上是扭曲变形。

    Abstract:

    Taking the typical crankshaft hole clamp of diesel engine fuselage as an example, the influences of V-block angle error on the fuselage deformation under the crankshaft hole clamp state were analyzed by using finite element analysis method. By changing the angle of V-block and the contact state between the body and V-block, the possible contact condition and stress state of the diesel engine body were analyzed; all contact conditions of the body were simulated by using ABAQUS simulation software to obtain the deformation amount of one busbar of the crankshaft hole system and the cross-section joint of the body, and it was used as the evaluation index of the deformation under the clamping condition of crankshaft hole of the body; according to the angle error and the state of contact area, the components of clamping error were discussed and the influence rules of clamping error were analyzed. The results show that within a certain angular error range, the larger the angle is, the larger the deformation of the fuselage is; when the angles of V-shaped blocks are the same, the cross line surface contact has little effect on the fuselage deformation; under the condition that the crankshaft hole of the diesel engine body is clamped, the A3-E2 contact state has the least effect on the deformation of the engine body; the fuselage is bent deformed in the x and y directions,and twisted deformed in the z direction.
