    摘要:

    直线电机能实现直接直线传动,不存在中间转换传动装置,转换效率高,且相较于传统旋转电机不存在离心力的约束,在工业中应用广泛。为进一步提高系统推力密度,以五相直线电机为研究对象。搭建五相直线电机离散域解耦控制数学模型,并针对传统五相直线电机单空间矢量脉宽调制控制策略运行性能差、系统谐波含量高的问题,提出一种五相直线电机双混合空间矢量脉宽调制控制策略。通过引入额外电压矢量,合理分配电压矢量作用时间,能有效抑制谐波,提升电机运行性能。仿真与实验均充分验证了所提五相直线电机双混合空间矢量脉宽调制控制策略的有效性及优越性。

    Abstract:

    Linear motor can realize direct linear transmission, there is no intermediate conversion transmission device with high conversion efficiency. Compared with traditional rotary motor, there is no centrifugal force constraint in linear motor, which is widely used in industry. In order to further improve the thrust density of the system, the five-phase linear motor was taken as the research object.The discrete domain decoupling control mathematical model of the five-phase linear motor was established. And in view of the problems of traditional five-phase linear motor that the performance is poor and the system harmonic content is high with single space vector pulse width modulation (PWM) control strategy, a double hybrid space vector PWM control strategy for five-phase linear motor was proposed.By introducing extra voltage vector and reasonably allocating the voltage vector action time, the harmonic wave can be effectively suppressed and the motor performance can be improved. Both simulation and experiment fully verify the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed dual-hybrid space vector PWM control strategy for five-phase linear motor.
