    摘要:

    现有自动装夹系统多适用于单机制造过程,难于满足多品种混流生产需要,其存在加工零件形状与尺寸各异、自动化程度低等问题,为此开展面向柔性机加产线自动装夹系统研究。采用子母工装方式解决零件差异性问题,基于自动拧紧机提高自动化水平,进行自动装夹系统整体方案的设计;基于软PLC进行自动装夹系统的三维龙门运动平台及末端执行器的设计,阐述了自动拧紧及伺服控制过程,最后分析自动装夹系统开发及验证过程。通过测试验证,系统柔性程度高、装夹过程无人化,并可与上下料机器人、AGV等进行快速扩展,具有一定的工程价值。

    Abstract:

    The existing automatic clamping systems are mostly suitable for single machine manufacturing process,and it is difficult to meet the needs of multi-variety mixed production.There are some problems of different shapes and sizes of processing parts and low degree of automation,so the research on automatic clamping system for flexible machine processing line was carried out.The sub parent tooling fixture was used to solve the problem of parts difference,the automation level was improved based on the automatic tightening machine,and the automatic clamping system overall scheme was designed.The automatic clamping system of three-dimensional gantry movement platform and the design of the end executor were proposed based on the design of soft PLC,and the automatic tightening and servo control process were explained.Finally,the development and verification process of automatic clamping system were analyzed.Through the test and verification,the system has a high degree of flexibility,and the clamping process is unmanned.It can be quickly expanded with loading and unloading robots,AGV and so on,which has a certain engineering value.
