    针对工业自动导引运输车(AGV)小车在以十字色带为特征标志进行导航,导致路线偏离问题,采用Halcon机器视觉软件,提出一种基于XLD匹配法的纠位系统。对模板图像进行预处理,消除阴影和杂点。通过高斯导数创建新的数学模型,进行滤波,从而获取更清晰的XLD轮廓及较准确的十字色带中心点坐标,创建XLD轮廓模板;进行XLD轮廓模板匹配,得出检测图像十字色带的位置信息,实现定位纠偏。结果表明:基于XLD轮廓形状匹配的方法可以快速、准确、稳定地提取十字色带位置信息,单次检测图像平均准确度为96.93%,平均匹配时间为29.88 ms,纠位准确,具有较高的鲁棒性。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the route deviation problem caused by industrial automated guided vehicle(AGV) navigation with cross ribbon as the characteristic sign, a positioning correction system based on XLD matching method was proposed by using Halcon machine vision software.The template image was preprocessed to eliminate shadows and impurities. A new mathematical model was created by using Gaussian derivative, which was filtered to obtain a clearer XLD profile and a more accurate coordinate of the center point of the cross ribbon, and then the XLD profile template was created; the XLD contour template matching was carried out to obtain the position information of the cross ribbon of the detected image and the positioning and correction were realized. The results show that by using the XLD contour shape matching method, the position information of the cross ribbon can be quickly, accurately and stably extractd, the average accuracy of the single detection image is 96.93%, the average matching time is 29.88 ms, and the correction is accurate, the method has high robustness.
