    多相混输泵是一种综合了轴流泵和压缩机两种性能的新型增压设备,其动静叶轮之间存在的动静干涉作用,会降低混输泵的稳定性,造成振动。针对此问题,利用ANSYS CFX软件,基于SST κ-ω湍流模型,当进口含气率为8%时,对多相混输泵在不同轴向间隙下进行定常数值模拟,重点分析在设计工况下轴向间隙对混输泵内部流动和静叶轮叶片压力载荷的影响。结果如下:在设计流量下,轴向间隙的增加可以使静叶轮内气相分布更均匀,减小静叶轮内湍动能较大的区域,而不同轴向间隙对动叶轮内气相和湍动能分布影响较小;在静叶轮叶片进口处,吸力面压力值随轴向间隙的增大而减小,且沿流线方向,存在轴向间隙时吸力面压力值变化较无轴向间隙时波动更大;此外,轴向间隙对叶片压力面压力值变化影响较小,且从轮毂到轮缘,压力面压力值变化受轴向间隙的影响逐渐减小。研究结果可为提高多相混输泵水力性能提供参考。

    Abstract:

    Multiphase pump is a new type of pressurizing equipment which combines the performance of the axial flow pump and compressor.The dynamic and stator interference between the impeller and diffuser will reduce the stability of the pump and cause vibration.In light of this issue,based on the SST κ-ω turbulence model,the ANSYS CFX software was used to carry out the steady numerical simulation of the pump under different axial clearances when the inlet gas void fraction was 8%.And the effect of the axial clearance on the internal flow and the pressure load of the diffuser blade of the pump under the design condition were analyzed.The research results show that under the design condition,the increase of the axial clearance can make the gas phase distribution uniform and reduce the area with large turbulent kinetic energy in the diffuser,while the axial clearance has little effect on the distribution of the gas phase and turbulent kinetic energy in the impeller.Additionally,in the diffuser inlet,the pressure of the blade suction side decreases with the increase of the axial clearance,and the pressure change of the suction side with the axial clearance is more dramatic than that without the axial clearance along the streamline.At the same time,the axial clearance has little effect on the pressure variation of the pressure side,which gradually decreases from the hub to the shroud of the diffuser.The research results can provide reference for improving the hydraulic performance of the multiphase pump.
