    摘要:

    针对现有国内乳化液泵站中使用的电磁补水阀额定工作压力低、流量小,已不能满足现有大采高综采工作面使用要求,采用杠杆原理和先导液控原理对阀进行优化设计,解决电磁铁推力小、行程短的问题,使其可以适应大流量的工况,具有更高的可靠性。另外此补水阀采用模块化设计,可以根据实际情况的需要,改变其中某一部件以改变主阀的压力和流量,满足不同工况的需求,具有更好的实用性。

    Abstract:

    The electromagnetic water make-up valve used in the existing domestic emulsion pump station has low rated working pressure and small flow,which can not meet the use requirements of the existing large mining height fully mechanized mining face.The lever principle and pilot hydraulic control principle were used to optimize the valve design,to solve the problems of small electromagnet thrust and short stroke,so that it could adapt to the working condition of large flow and had higher reliability.In addition,modular design was adopted for the water make-up valve,so one of its components could be changed according to the needs of the actual situation so as to change the pressure and flow of the main valve.It has better practicability.
