    摘要:

    为解决三轴机床在球杆仪误差敏感方向上直线度误差缺项建模与误差辨识精度问题,以三轴数控机床为研究对象,根据指数积理论与三轴数控机床运动链,结合混阶切比雪夫多项式预拟合模型,构建综合误差系数模型。在双正交轴检测实验基础上,对综合误差系数模型进行Moore-Penrose逆矩阵求解,使得18项误差能够在球杆仪误差敏感方向上得到全部辨识,无需在非运动轴向进行解耦,提高辨识精度和效率。在某三轴数控机床上进行双正交轴检测实验和NC代码补偿实验,补偿后XY、XZ、YZ双正交轴实验综合误差分别减少82.02%、91.63%、70.6%,验证了所提方法的有效性。对改进前后的切比雪夫多项式预拟合模型进行残差对比,结果表明混阶切比雪夫多项式预拟合模型精度更高。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the missing item modeling of straightness error in the direction of ballbar error sensitivity for three-axis machine tools and error identification accuracy, taking the three-axis CNC machine tool as the research object, according to the product of exponentials and the three-axis CNC machine motion chain, a comprehensive error model was established combined with mixed-order Chebyshev pre-fitting mode. On the basis of the bi-orthogonal axis experiment, the comprehensive error coefficient model was solved by using the Moore-Penrose inverse matrix several times, so the 18 errors could be fully identified in the sensitive direction of the ballbar error, and it did not need to require decoupling in the non-moving axis, by which the identification accuracy and efficiency could be improved. The dual-orthogonal axis detection experiment and NC code compensation experiment were carried out on a three-axis CNC machine tool, the compensation errors of XY, XZ, YZ dual-orthogonal axis experiments were reduced by 82.02%, 91.63% and 70.6% after compensation, which verified the effectiveness of the proposed method. The residuals of the Chebyshev 〖JP2〗polynomial pre-fitting model before and after improvement were compared. The results show that the mixed-order Chebyshev polynomial pre-fitting model has higher accuracy.
