    摘要:

    针对实际生产需要,进行智能制造生产线的设计:通过对加工任务的分析,进行生产线中各组成部分的设计与选型;基于PLC、FANUC机器人、加工机床等各组成单元的通信协议,合理分配I/O信号地址,实现信号的传递与交互;运用软件对该生产线进行仿真,并进行实际生产线的组建。结果表明:设计的智能制造生产线能够在满足加工要求的情况下,最大程度提高工作效率,节约成本。

    Abstract:

    An intelligent manufacturing production line was designed based on actual production needs:through the analysis of processing tasks,the design and selection of each component of the production line were completed; based on the communication protocol of each component unit such as PLC,FANUC robot,processing machine tool,etc.,I/O signal addresses were reasonably allocated to realize signal transmission and interaction; software was used to simulate the production line,and the actual production line was built.The results show that the designed intelligent manufacturing production line meets the processing requirements.The work efficiency can be improved and cost is saved.
