Abstract:An intelligent manufacturing production line was designed based on actual production needs:through the analysis of processing tasks,the design and selection of each component of the production line were completed; based on the communication protocol of each component unit such as PLC,FANUC robot,processing machine tool,etc.,I/O signal addresses were reasonably allocated to realize signal transmission and interaction; software was used to simulate the production line,and the actual production line was built.The results show that the designed intelligent manufacturing production line meets the processing requirements.The work efficiency can be improved and cost is saved.
