    摘要:

    为解决类人型短小气动肌肉末端固定和无法同轴安装传感器的问题,影响气动机器人的精确建模和精确伺服控制,以及为了更加惟妙惟肖地采用气动元件进行仿生,以单关节、多关节气动肌肉、气缸构建基本构型的关节为基础,设计柔性冗余串、并、混联的仿人关节,单关节、多关节冗余气动肌肉与肌群结合的柔性机器人,单关节、多关节气缸并联构成的刚性机器人,气动肌肉、气缸与机构学结合组成的刚柔混合机器人,为气动机器人的设计提供新的思路。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the problem of fixingend of pneumatic artificial muscles (PAMs) and the sensor can not be installed in parallel axis,which further affects the precise modeling and servo control of the pneumatic robot,as well as for more realistic bionics by pneumatic,bionic joints which were actuated by single joint PAMs,bi-articular joint PAMs and pneumatic cylinders (PCs) were proposed as basic configuration,serial,parallel and hybrid humanoid joint with flexible redundant,flexible robot formed by single joint PAMs and bi-articular joint PAMs with pneumatic artificial muscle,rigid robot formed by single joint PCs,bi-articular joint PCs,flexible-rigid hybrid robots formed by PAMs,PCs and mechanism of mechanical construct,were designed.It provides new ideas for pneumatic robot in the future.
