Abstract:In order to improve the efficiency of glass edge grinding and drilling hole,reduce the labor intensity and reduce the hole location error caused by human factors,the control system for glass automatic positioning grinding and drilling based on PLC was designed.The CTSC-226H motion control CPU was used as the control core,the controller output high-speed pulses to control the motion of the three-axis servo module to realize the positioning of the spindle motor for drilling and grinding by inputting the parameters of edge treatment process,glass size and hole coordinates in the human-machine interface.The results show that the system is reasonably designed,progress steadily,good human-machine interaction,and has high precision of drilling location,which meets the production requirements.
