    摘要:

    死绳固定器是石油钻机和修井机测量实际大钩载荷信息的基础部件,用于井下钻柱工作状态的监测和诊断。针对死绳固定器在钻井生产实际使用中,绳轮部位易出现损伤和失效的问题,以JZG72型死绳固定器为例,运用工程力学和ANSYS Workbench软件对其进行分析计算,发现轴孔偏心距对绳轮强度的影响较大。采用调整轴孔偏心距的方法,提高绳轮的强度储备和安全性,具有不增加材料的几何尺寸和质量、不需要选用高等级钢材、降低成本等优点。当轴孔偏心距在0~160 mm之间变化,120 mm时绳轮所受最大等效应力最小(239.89 MPa),小于材料Q345E的许用应力,符合安全系数ns取1.4的强度要求。分析发现,当绳轮轴孔偏心距改变时,死绳固定器传感器支臂和绳卡支臂的最大等效应力整体处于安全状态。

    Abstract:

    Deadline anchor is a basic component for oil drilling rigs and workover rigs to measure the actual hook load information, and is used for monitoring and diagnosis of the working state of the downhole drill string. Aiming at the problem that the sheave is prone to damage and failure in the actual use of the deadline anchor, taking the JZG72 deadline anchor as an example, engineering mechanics and ANSYS Workbench software were used to make analysis and calculation. The hole eccentricity has a great influence on the strength of the sheave. The method of adjusting the eccentricity of the shaft hole improves the strength reserve and safety of the sheave, which has the advantages of not increasing the geometric size and weight of the material, not needing high-grade steel, reducing cost.When the eccentricity of the shaft hole varies between 0~160 mm, the maximum equivalent stress on the sheave is the smallest (23989 MPa) when the eccentric distance is 120 mm, which is less than the allowable stress of the material Q345E, and meets the strength requirement that the safety factor ns is 1.4. The calculation and analysis show that when the eccentricity of the sheave shaft hole changes, the maximum equivalent stress of the dead-rope fixer sensor arm and the rope clamp arm are in a safe state as a whole.
