    摘要:

    为探究风沙环境下前缘受损风力发电机叶片的载荷变化,基于有限元法对受损叶片进行数值模拟,研究不同载荷、不同冲蚀程度以及不同材料对叶片的应力、位移、固有频率的影响。结果表明:当冲蚀程度在0 mm×0 mm至1 mm×1 mm之间,冲蚀的深度和厚度对叶片应力的影响较小;叶片材料密度增大,风轮的转速增高,对叶片的应力影响较大;提高风速虽然使叶片气动载荷增大,叶片整体应力增大,但是应力趋势变化不明显;冲蚀程度增大对叶片位移影响较小;提高风速或者提高风轮转速会使叶尖最大位移增大,同时材料密度大的叶片位移更大;在叶片的前3阶模态分析中,冲蚀程度对叶片影响极小,在第8阶模态中,随着冲蚀程度增大,叶片的固有频率逐渐减小。

    Abstract:

    To explore the load changes of the damaged wind turbine blades at the leading edge under the wind and sand environment,the numerical simulation for the damaged blades was carried out based on finite element method,to study the effects of different loads,different erosion levels and different materials on the stress,displacement,and natural frequency of the blade.The results show that:when the erosion degree is between 0 mm×0 mm and 1 mm×1 mm,the depth and thickness of erosion have little effect on the stress of the blade;as the density of the blade material increases and the rotation speed of the wind wheel increases,it has a greater impact on the stress of the blade;although increasing the wind speed increases the blade aerodynamic load and the overall blade stress,the stress trend does not change significantly;increasing the erosion degree has small influence on the blade displacement;increasing the wind speed or the rotation speed of the wind wheel will increase the maximum displacement value of the blade tip,and at the same time,the displacement of the blade with high material density will be greater;in the first three-order modal analysis of the blade,the erosion degree has minimal influence on the blade;in the eighth-order mode,the natural frequency of the blade gradually decreases as the erosion degree increases.
