    摘要:

    针对中石油的挖掘机改造项目安全与控制方面的要求,设计一种液压节能、安全控制为核心,用于管道施工的自动化设备钻挖一体式挖掘机。根据挖掘机改造的设计要求,设计一种基于PLC控制的钻挖一体式挖掘机施工设备的机械结构。在普通挖掘机的基础上,台达AS228T-A PLC与外部执行器件连接,采用RS485串口通信的方式进行信号采集,通过PLC进行数据处理实时控制相应的传感器。同时还采用PLC的D/A模拟量输出模块与VT3000比例放大器对变量柱塞泵进行控制。分别控制泵1和泵2电流大小,解决在作业时若有一种方式失效带来的困扰,保证挖掘与钻孔两个功能能够正常进行,有效提高工作效率。

    Abstract:

    According to the safety and control requirements of the excavator reconstruction project of PetroChina, a drilling and digging integrated excavator was designed with hydraulic energy saving and safety control as the core automation equipment for pipeline construction. According to the design requirements of excavator transformation, a mechanical structure of drilling and digging integrated excavator construction equipment based on PLC control was designed. On the basis of the common excavator, Delta AS228T-A PLC was connected with the external actuator, and the signal acquisition was carried out by RS485 serial port communication, and the corresponding sensor was controlled by PLC for data processing in real time. At the same time, the PLC D/A analog output module and VT3000 proportional amplifier were used to control the variable plunger pump. The current size of pump 1 and pump 2 was controlled respectively to solve the trouble caused by the failure of one way during the operation, to ensure that the two functions of digging and drilling can be carried out normally, and effectively improve the work efficiency.
