    摘要:

    以某型航空高转速轴向柱塞泵为研究对象,在考虑滑靴柱塞组件往复运动惯性效应下,分析转速对斜盘力矩及斜盘合力作用点轨迹的影响规律。结果发现:随转速增大,在绕斜盘变量方向,斜盘交变力矩使斜盘倾角向增大方向偏移,逐渐不再过零,且力矩峰值呈指数规律增大;转速对绕其他两坐标轴方向斜盘力矩的影响不大;斜盘合力作用点轨迹随转速升高向斜盘平面下死点区域移动,转速增大有助于斜盘向排量增大方向运动且有利于减小斜盘因力矩交变过零引起的振动。

    Abstract:

    Taking a certain type of aviation high-speed axial piston pump as the research object,the influences of the rotational speed on swash plate moment and swash plate resultant force locus were analyzed considering the reciprocate inertia effect of slipper plunger assembly.The results show that with the increase of the rotational speed,the alternating moment of the swashplate around the variable coordinate axis moves to the direction of increasing the inclination angle of the swashplate,it gradually no longer cross the zero point,and the peak of the torque increases exponentially; the rotational speed has little influence on the moments of the swash plate around the other two axes; the action point locus of swashplate resultant force moves to the bottom dead center area with the increase of rotating speed.The increase of rotational speed helps the swashplate to move towards the direction of increasing displacement and to reduce the vibration of swashplate caused by torque alternating zero crossing.
