    摘要:

    针对目前主流测量软件在示教编程过程中,在某些情景下无法自动生成正确测量路径的弊端,基于安全平面功能,提出新的路径规划算法,并将其集成到国产测量软件DirectDMIS中,在不增加测量软件任何操作和设置的条件下,解决了特定测量情景下示教过程中的自动路径规划问题。并通过实际应用与主流测量软件PC-DMIS进行对比,验证了此算法的有效性与实用性。

    Abstract:

    In some scenarios,the popular measurement software can not automatically generate the correct path by the “teach-by-showing” method.So a new path planning algorithm was proposed based on the clearance plane,then it was implemented into the domestic measurement software DirectDMIS,the problem that automatic path planning in teach-by-showing progress under specific measurement situation was solved without adding any operation and setting of the CMM software.Finally,by comparing the path planning results with PC-DMIS,the effectiveness and practicability of the algorithm were verified.
