    摘要:

    为了提高混输泵的做功性能,降低能量损失,在不同导叶叶片数下,对多相混输泵的外特性及其内部能量损失进行分析。结果表明:当导叶叶片数为10时混输泵的外特性明显比导叶叶片数为7和8时更差,且最高效率偏向小流量工况;不同流量下,导叶叶片数为8时混输泵叶轮内的收缩损失和湍流耗散损失最小,而导叶叶片数对导叶进口的冲击损失影响很小,可不考虑其影响;在所选3组导叶叶片数下,当导叶叶片数等于8时混输泵的性能最优且流道内能量损失最小。

    Abstract:

    In order to improve the work performance of multiphase pump and reduce energy loss,the external characteristics and internal energy loss of multiphase pump were analyzed under different number of guide vanes.The results show that when the number of guide vanes is 10,the external characteristics of the multiphase pump are obviously worse than that when the number of guide vanes is 7 and 8,and the maximum efficiency is biased to the low flow condition;under different flow rates,when the number of guide vanes is 8,the shrinkage loss and turbulent dissipation loss in the impeller of the multiphase pump are the smallest,while the number of guide vanes has little effect on the impact loss at the inlet of the guide vane,which can be ignored;under the selected three groups of guide vanes,when the number of guide vanes is 8,the performance of the multiphase pump is the best and the energy loss in the flow channel is the smallest.
