    摘要:

    在信息技术与制造业深度融合以及工业互联网快速发展的背景下,如何利用大数据、云制造等新型技术进行信息化转型是高端制造业实现产能突破和提质增效的关键。然而,高端液压缸多品种、单件、小批量的离散制造模式带来的图纸工艺数据庞大复杂、信息传递不畅以及生产繁复耗时等问题严重制约了企业的发展。以高端液压缸的离散制造为核心构建全生命周期管控平台,它包含4个关键信息化技术:集成全生命周期管理(PLM)、企业资源计划管理(ERP)、制造执行系统(MES)以及数据采集与监视系统 (SCADA),最后介绍了成功应用于某公司的部分核心技术模块的典型案例。

    Abstract:

    In the context of the deep integration of information technology and manufacturing industry and the rapid development of industrial internet,how to use big data,cloud manufacturing and other new technologies to carry out information transformation is the key to achieve capacity breakthrough and improve quality and efficiency of high-end manufacturing.However,the discrete manufacturing mode of high-end hydraulic cylinder with multiple varieties and small batches brings huge and complex drawing process data,poor information transmission and complicated production time and other problems seriously restrict enterprises development.A whole life cycle control platform was constructed for the discrete manufacturing of high-end hydraulic cylinder as the core,which contained four key information technology,namely integrated whole life cycle management (PLM),enterprise resource planning management (ERP),manufacturing execution system (MES) and data acquisition and monitoring system (SCADA).Finally,some typical cases of the core technology modules application in a factory were introduced.
