    摘要:

    针对某型增压涡轮性能测试平台的故障问题,提出一种新的排故思路和改进措施。通过对测试平台在设备选型、管路设计等方面是否存在缺陷进行理论校核,验证了管路直径对增压涡轮性能测试结果的影响,并根据计算结果对管路直径进行了重新设计与改进。针对增压涡轮进出口管路材料和管路布局进行分析,采取新的管路材料及合理的增压涡轮进出口压力传感器的的布局方式。此外,通过试验验证了不同区域大气压力的不同也是影响试验台性能测试结果的重要因素之一。最终成功实现了针对该型试验台的故障排除,并通过试验验证了所提改进措施的有效性。

    Abstract:

    A new troubleshooting idea and improvement measures were put forward for the faults of a certain type of turbocharged turbine performance test platform. The influence of pipeline diameter on turbocharged turbine performance test results was verified by theoretical checking whether there were defects in equipment selection and pipeline design of the test platform, and the pipeline diameter was redesigned and improved according to the calculation results. The pipeline materials and layout of the inlet and outlet of the turbocharged turbine were analyzed, and new pipeline materials and reasonable layout of pressure sensors were adopted for the inlet and outlet of the turbocharged turbine. In addition, the experimental results show that the difference of atmospheric pressure in different regions was also one of the important factors affecting the performance of the test bed.Finally, the fault removal of the test bed was successfully achieved, and the effectiveness of the proposed improvement measures was verified through experiments.
