    摘要:

    未来飞机将采用功率电传代替传统的液压传动,电动静液作动器(EHA)受到越来越多的关注。针对航空机载电动静液作动器的抗扰动问题,基于自抗扰算法设计一种位置伺服控制系统。以EHA为对象,对作动器位置外环进行建模分析,得到EHA位置伺服系统二阶状态空间模型;基于模型设计位置伺服自抗扰控制器的结构,并对所用的非线性函数进行了优化;在施加正弦扰动与突变扰动的情况下与传统PID进行仿真对比,验证了算法的有效性。仿真结果表明:该算法在满足系统动态性能的前提下,提高了系统的抗干扰能力。

    Abstract:

    In the future,power by wire will replace traditional hydraulic transmission in aircraft.Electro hydraulic actuator(EHA) has attracted more and more attention.In order to solve the disturbance of electro-hydrostatic actuator in aircraft,a position servo control system was designed based on active disturbance rejection control.Taking a EHA as the object,the position outer loop of the actuator was modeled and analyzed,and the second-order state space model of EHA position servo system was obtained.Based on the model,the structure of position servo active disturbance rejection controller was designed,and the nonlinear function was optimized.It was compared with the traditional PI controller under sinusoidal disturbance and sudden disturbance.The simulation results show that the algorithm improves the anti-interference ability of the system on the premise of meeting the dynamic performance of the system.
