    摘要:

    针对航空发动机的典型振动故障,基于Microsoft Access数据库并融合LabVIEW语言,自主研发一款专门测试和分析航空发动机典型振动故障的软件。对航空发动机的典型振动故障进行分类;在充分考虑故障信号采集需具有的准确、实时等特点的基础上,详细介绍所开发的软件功能;最后应用该软件对航空发动机的机油故障进行实际的诊断与测试。研究结果表明:该软件各项功能表现优秀,可很好地实现对发动机典型振动故障信号的实时采集、分析处理、数据输出等功能,能够满足故障诊断的需求。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the typical vibration faults of the aeroengine and on the basis of Microsoft Access database and LabVIEW language,a software dedicated to testing and analyzing the typical vibration faults of aeroengine was developed independently.The typical vibration faults in aeroengine were classified.The functions of the developed software were described in detail by fully considering the characteristics of accuracy and real-time of fault signal acquisition.Finally,based on the fault analysis software,the oil-leakage fault of aeroengine was tested and diagnosed.The results show that the software has excellent functions,which can well realize the real-time collection,analysis and processing,data output and other functions of the typical vibration faults signal of aeroengine,and it can meet the needs of fault diagnosis.
