    摘要:

    针对非对称泵样机变排量试验中柱塞对斜盘冲击引起明显的斜盘角度波动现象,以及理论推导的控制系统模型存在误差问题,提出采用鲁棒性较强的RBF网络自适应滑模算法进行变排量抗干扰控制。非对称泵配流盘具有3个不同的串联配流窗口,柱塞经过配流窗口产生不对称的冲击力作用于斜盘,其可视作干扰信号。通过Simulation X和Simulink联合仿真,对比在40 Hz下的变量阻力矩作用下常规PID控制、普通滑模控制和RBF网络自适应鲁棒滑模控制的斜盘摆角响应特性。仿真结果表明:采用RBF网络自适应鲁棒滑模控制,其柱塞腔压力峰值和斜盘摆角的脉动相对于PID控制分别降低了5%和39%,相较于普通滑模控制分别降低了2.51%和4%,其流量的波动与斜盘摆角一致。抗干扰控制算法提高了系统的动态响应特性,削弱了系统的抖动。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the phenomenon of swash plate angle fluctuation caused by plunger impact on swash plate in variable displacement test of asymmetric pump prototype,and the error problem of control system model derived from theory,a robust RBF network adaptive sliding mode algorithm was proposed to make variable displacement anti-jamming control.Asymmetric pump valve plate has three different series of flow distribution window,the asymmetric impact force on the swash plateis produced by the plunger through the flow distribution window could be regarded as interference signal.Through Simulation X and Simulink co-simulation,swash plate swing angle response characteristics of conventional PID control,conventional sliding mode control and RBF network adaptive robust sliding mode control were compared under the action of variable resistance moment at 40 Hz.The simulation results show that by using RBF network adaptive robust sliding mode control,the plunger chamber pressure peak and swash plate swing angle pulsation are reduced by 5% and 39% respectively relative to the PID control,and by 2.51% and 4% respectively compared with the ordinary sliding mode control.The fluctuation of the flow is consistent with the swash plate swing angle.The anti-jamming control algorithm improves the dynamic response characteristics of the system and weakens the jitter.
