    摘要:

    针对传统液压抓钢抓料机动臂启停瞬间液压系统冲击和振动致使工作装置产生疲劳断裂的缺陷,采用储能器、减振阀、压力开关等零部件,遵循液压系统启动瞬间补液稳压、停止瞬间削峰控压的原理,研制出一种抗疲劳断裂的液压控制系统,降低了动臂惯性能对系统的影响,减小了动臂启停瞬间冲击与振动,并通过实践验证其工作的稳定效果。此方案已授权实用新型专利(CN214170975U),发明专利(CN112283189A)处于实质审查阶段。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the defect of fatigue and fracture of the working device caused by the impact and vibration of the hydraulic system at the moment of the start and stop of the traditional hydraulic steel grabbing machine, following the principle that replenishing hydraulic oil and stabilization at the start instant and peak-shaving and pressure control at the moment of stopping,an anti-fatigue fracture hydraulic control system was developed using accumulators, damping valves, pressure switches and other components.Then the impact of the boom’ s inertial energy on the system is reduced,the impact and vibration at the moment the boom started and stopped is reduced.The stabilizing effect has been verified through practice.This program has authorized a utility model patent (CN214170975U), and an invention patent (CN112283189A) is in the substantive examination stage.
