    摘要:

    为解决现有液压挖掘机动臂下降过程中存在的能量损失问题,提出一种油液混合动力能量回收与再利用系统,该系统使用连续增压器解决能量存储与释放过程中蓄能器与动臂油缸之间的压力匹配问题。介绍连续增压器的基本原理,建立油液混合动力系统的数学模型,基于AMESim搭建系统仿真模型并对能量回收与再利用过程进行仿真。结果表明:该系统可以有效地回收原本动臂下降过程中损失的势能,并存储在蓄能器当中;在负载不变的情况下,动臂每下降3次所回收的能量可将动臂顶升1次。经计算,该系统回收的能量占可回收能量的47%左右。

    Abstract:

    There is a phenomenon of energy loss in the process of boom descending of hydraulic excavator. In order to solve this problem, an oil-liquid hybrid energy recovery and reuse system was proposed,in which a continuous supercharger was used to match the pressure between the accumulator and the boom cylinder in the process of energy storage and release.The basic principle of continuous supercharger was introduced.The mathematical model of the energy recovery system was established and its simulation model was established based on AMESim.The results show that the system can effectively recover the potential energy lost in the descending process of the boom and store it in the accumulator;under the condition of constant load, energy recovered for every three boom drops will be able to jack up the boom again. By calculation, the energy recovered by the system accounts for about 47% of the recoverable energy.
