    摘要:

    为进一步改善振动与噪声对平衡式大流量轴向电机柱塞泵的影响,建立机械振动传递路径模型,分析它在激振力作用下机械振动产生与传递的特点和规律。结果表明:平衡式电机柱塞泵在激振力作用下外壳体振动最为剧烈,振动过程由瞬态响应阶段逐渐收敛减小最终进入稳态响应阶段,出油口端盖、吸油口端盖以及外壳体的最大共振频率分别为4 104.1、2 577.58、2 602.6 Hz,对应的最大共振幅值分别为6.82、6.24、3.7 m/(s2·Hz)〖BFQ〗,相比于普通电机泵,平衡式双斜盘结构具有明显的减振降噪功能。

    Abstract:

    To further improve the impact of vibration and noise on balanced high flow axial motor piston pumps,the mechanical vibration transmission path was built,the characteristics and laws of mechanical vibrations generation and transmission under the action of excitation forces were analyzed.The results show that:the balanced motor piston pump vibrates most violently under the excitation force,and the vibration process gradually converges and decreases from the transient response stage to the steady-state response stage.The maximum resonant frequencies of the discharge port end cover,suction port end cover and outer casing are 4 104.1 Hz,2 577.58 Hz and 2 602.6 Hz respectively,and the maximum co-vibration amplitude values of 6.82 m/(s2·Hz),6.24 m/(s2·Hz) and 3.7 m/(s2·Hz),respectively.The balanced double swashplate construction provides significant vibration and noise reduction compared to ordinary motor pumps.
