    摘要:

    随着机械制造业的快速发展,各领域对卧式铣镗床的规格需求越来越大,因此,其垂直方向驱动系统必须要重新设计并计算校核。根据某用户大型卧式铣镗床的需求,对垂直方向驱动系统进行重新设计,针对质量高达8 000 kg的主轴箱提出三重制动机构实现锁止,并采用油缸搭配蓄能器的方式实现配重平衡。对电机扭矩、转速、惯量,丝杠载荷、寿命、刚度等重要参数和指标进行计算校核。该驱动系统已投产,样机运行平稳。

    Abstract:

    With the rapid development of the machinery manufacturing industry,the specifications of horizontal milling and boring machines in various fields are increasingly demanding,so its vertical drive system must be redesigned,calculated and checked.According to the needs of a user’ s large horizontal milling and boring machine,the vertical drive system was redesigned,and the triple brake mechanism was proposed for the spindle box weighing up to 8 000 kg to achieve locking,and the counterweight balance was achieved by using the cylinder with the accumulator.The calculation and verification of important parameters and indicators such as motor torque,speed,inertia,lead screw load,life and stiffness were calculated and verified.The drive system has been put into production,the prototype runs smoothly.
