    摘要:

    基于磁流变液工作间隙形状对磁流变传动装置传动性能的影响,分析3种不同工作间隙形状的盘型磁流变传动装置结构和传动性能上的差异。通过磁场有限单元法对传动装置进行有限元分析,对传动装置的结构和尺寸进行优化,建立圆弧形工作间隙的转矩方程,并通过计算对3种不同形状间隙的转矩大小进行对比。研究结果表明:当电流为3 A时,3种形状的磁流变液转矩分别为55.77、71.40、74.73 N·m,锯齿形工作间隙和圆弧形工作间隙的转矩分别是平面形工作间隙转矩的1.28倍和1.34倍。

    Abstract:

    The differences in structure and transmission performance of three different working gap shapes of disk-type magnetorheological transmission devices were analyzed based on the influence of magnetorheological fluid working gap shape on the transmission performance of magnetorheological transmission devices.The finite element analysis of the transmission device was carried out by the magnetic field finite element method to optimize the structure and dimensions of the transmission device,and the torque equation of the circular arc type working gap was established,and the torque of the three different shapes of gaps were compared by calculation.The results show that when the current is 3 A,the torques of the magnetorheological fluid of the three shapes are 55.77 N·m,71.40 N·m and 74.73 N·m respectively,and the torques of the serrated working gap and the circular-arc working gap are 1.28 times and 1.34 times of the torques of the planar working gap respectively.
