Abstract:During the use of the drum type refrigerator door foaming equipment,there are problems such as high rotational impact,oil leakage from the oil cylinder,and high oil temperature,which affect production efficiency.In order to solve the problem,through analysis and research,the hydraulic system was reformed:replacing conventional throttle speed regulating valves with proportional throttle speed regulating valves,adding a water chiller to reduce the hydraulic oil temperature,and improving the pressure resistance performance of the oil cylinder with copper based sealing rings,effectively reducing harmful impacts and vibrations during the operation of the equipment,improving the stability and reliability of the equipment,and improving the working efficiency of the equipment.
