    摘要:

    刚体(航空发动机、汽车动力总成等)转动惯量与系统振动、耐久、稳定性等动力学性能紧密相关,提升刚体转动惯量测量精度对系统动力学分析具有重要意义。考虑摆线质量影响,基于能量守恒定律改进三线摆刚体转动惯量计算方法,建立三线摆测量系统的虚拟样机模型并进行验证,对比分析了改进方法与不考虑摆线质量的三线摆转动惯量计算方法的测量精度,进一步研究了匀质摆线的线密度和长度对转动惯量测量精度的影响规律。通过虚拟样机技术验证了改进计算方法比改进前测量误差降低了50%左右,可显著提高三线摆法测量精度。

    Abstract:

    The rotational inertia of a rigid body (aero-engine, automotive powertrain, etc.) is closely related to the system’ s dynamic performances in terms of the vibration, structural durability, stability and so on. It is of great significance to improve the measuring accuracy of the rigid body rotational inertia for the system dynamic analysis. A calculation method for the rigid body’ s rotational inertia through the trifilar pendulum testing was developed by considering the influence of cycloid mass based on the law of energy conservation. A virtual prototype model of the trifilar pendulum testing system was established for the proposed method validation. The calculation errors were compared between the proposed method and the one without considering the cycloid mass effects. The effects of the cycloid’ s linear density and length on the testing error for the rotational inertia were further investigated. It is shown that using the proposed calculation method,the testing error can be reduced by about 50% compared with that without considering the cycloid mass through the virtual testing, and the testing accuracy of the trifilar pendulum method can be significantly improved.
