    摘要:

    小型激光雕刻机在广告、工艺品加工等行业应用广泛,是重要的加工设备之一。现有工业级小型激光雕刻机智能化程度低,不能很好地监控和分析设备运行状态。针对以上问题设计虚实同步的小型激光雕刻机,基于数字孪生理念,设计并搭建系统平台,建立虚拟模型,构建基于OPC UA等通信方式的通信网络,并利用该平台进行了激光雕刻测试。结果表明:控制激光强度的du值对雕刻质量影响很大,在同一du值、某一速度范围内,随着电机速度降低,雕刻质量提升,而速度过慢则会出现刻痕焦黑。实验还验证了该系统在一定精度范围内实现了虚实运动位置的重合,实现了加工状态和设备状态两种运行状态的监测功能。

    Abstract:

    Small laser engraving machine is widely used in advertising,handicraft processing and other industries.It is one of the important processing equipment.The existing industrial small laser engraving machine has a low intelligence degree and can not well monitor and analyze the operation state of the equipment.In view of the above problems,a small laser engraving machine with virtual and real synchronization was designed.Based on the concept of digital twin,the system platform was designed and built,the virtual model was established,the communication network based on OPC UA and other communication modes was constructed,and the laser engraving test was carried out by using the platform.The experimental results show that the du value controlling the laser intensity has a great influence on the engraving quality.Under the same du value and in a certain speed range,the engraving quality will improve with the decrease of the motor speed,but if the speed is too slow,there will be scoring and blackening.The experiment also verifies that the system realizes the coincidence of virtual and real motion positions within a certain accuracy range,and realizes the monitoring function of processing state and equipment state.
