射流泵对高低压储层的共采流场仿真分析

    摘要:

    由于胜利油田的层系较多,因此华东地区的页岩油井内一般会含有多段不同压力储层(高低压油层),从而在采油过程中因层间矛盾(高压油液阻碍低压油液采出),使得采油难度逐渐增大,进而开采到一定时间之后,系统效率降低明显。为了有效开采低产层、实现采油工程的降本增效,提出一种射流泵。该射流泵根据文丘里喷射携带原理,将高压储层中的油液变成自身动力液,以实现对低压储层的同时开采。通过分析射流泵的整体结构,发现其结构简单、采油效率高以及生产成本低。为了提高射流泵的采油效率以及找到影响泵效的因素,在Fluent中建立了开采高低压储层时射流泵的仿真模型,通过数值模拟分析射流泵中喉管距、面积比、喉管长径比等对泵效的影响规律,得出泵效最大时的喉嘴距、面积比、喉管长径比等具体数值区间。

    Abstract:

    Due to the large number of layers in Shengli Oilfield,shale oil wells in East China generally contain multiple reservoirs with different pressures (high and low pressure reservoirs).In the process of oil production,due to the conflict between the layers (high-pressure oil obstructs the recovery of low-pressure oil),the difficulty of oil recovery gradually increases and the system efficiency decreases significantly after a certain period of time.In order to effectively exploit the low producing zone and realize the cost reduction and efficiency increase of oil production engineering,a jet pump wass proposed.According to the principle of Venturi jet carrying,the oil in the high pressure reservoir was changed into its own dynamic fluid,so as to realize the simultaneous exploitation of the low pressure reservoir.Through the analysis of the whole structure of the jet pump,it is found that its structure is simple,high efficiency and low production cost.In order to improve the production efficiency of jet pump and find the factors that influence the pump efficiency,the simulation model of the jet pump mining high and low pressure reservoir was established in Fluent software.Through numerical simulation,the influences of pipe distance,area ratio and pipe length-diameter ratio on pump efficiency were analyzed,and the specific numerical intervals of pipe distance,area ratio and pipe length-diameter ratio were obtained when pump efficiency was maximum.
