    摘要:

    以汽车驱动桥准双曲面齿轮为研究对象,研究解析法与有限元法融合的齿面接触分析方法。基于HFT法建立准双曲面齿轮加工数学模型,推导出齿面方程。通过构建齿面啮合数学模型,采用解析法计算出传动误差。通过数值算法求解出数值齿面,并构建出齿轮三维模型。将齿轮模型导入ABAQUS软件,通过提取每一帧的齿面瞬时接触椭圆,将其全部显现在最后一帧,从而获得齿面三维接触区。对一对准双曲面齿轮进行齿面接触有限元仿真,并进行磨齿加工实验。结果表明:有限元齿面接触区仿真结果与MASTA软件结果一致,与实际滚检接触区吻合,验证了所提出的齿面接触分析方法的正确性。

    Abstract:

    Taking the hypoid gear of the automobile drive axle as the research object,the tooth contact analysis method combined with the analytical method and the finite element method was studied.The mathematical model of the hypoid gear machining was established based on the HFT method,and the tooth surface equation was deduced.By constructing the tooth surface meshing mathematical model,the transmission error was calculated by using analytical method.The numerical tooth surface was solved by using numerical algorithm,and the 3D model of the gear was constructed.The gear model was imported into the ABAQUS software,and the 3D contact area of the tooth surface was obtained by extracting the instantaneous contact ellipse of the tooth surface in each frame and displayed them all in the last frame.The finite element simulation of tooth surface contact was carried out for an aligned hyperboloid gear,and the grinding experiment was carried out.The results show that the simulation results of the finite element tooth surface contact area are consistent with the results of MASTA software,and they are consistent with the actual rolling inspection contact areas,and the correctness of the tooth contact analysis method fused with the analytical method and the finite element method is verified.
