    摘要:

    工程机械动力系统的节能控制是围绕负载、动力和油耗三者之间的功率管理控制。通过综合考虑整机动力匹配、发动机节能、负载适应等因素,引入速度波动因子动态评估发动机的负载刚度,并实时动态调节系统匹配,开发了新型混凝土泵工况自适应节能控制系统并进行了试验研究和效果验证。结果表明:自适应节能控制系统有效解决了负载适应性差的问题,与现有节能系统相比,实现再节油11.1%。

    Abstract:

    The energy-saving control of the power system of construction machinery focuses on the power management control among load, power and fuel consumption. By comprehensively considering the whole machine power matching, engine energy saving, load adaptation and other factors, the speed fluctuation factor was introduced to dynamically evaluate the load stiffness of the engine, and the system match was real-time dynamic adjusted. The working condition adaptive energy-saving control system for the new concrete pump was developed, and the experimental research and effect verification were carried out. The results show that the problem of poor load adaptability is effectively solved, and the fuel saving is 11.1% more than the existing energy-saving system.
