    摘要:

    针对平衡系统设计选择和调试环节,提出〖JP+1〗平衡力波动量和波动率的概念及参量,对数控机床垂向部件的平衡要求、平衡系统类型及特点进行讨论,重点分析自循环液压平衡系统的平衡特性和各环节内在关系。以平衡终端参数、平衡力及其波动率要求为输入变量,推导出满足数控机床垂向平衡特性和要求的自循环液压平衡系统完整的参数计算关系式,并讨论了参数影响关系、蓄能器规格确定方法及安装连接要求。经过实践应用与验证,分析计算和选择方法正确有效。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the design selection and commissioning process, the concept and parameter of balance force fluctuation and volatility were put forward. The balance requirements, types and characteristics of the balance system were discussed for vertical components of CNC machine tool, the balance characteristics of self-circulation hydraulic balance system and the internal relationship of each link were mainly analyzed. Taking the requirements of balance terminal parameters, balance force and its fluctuation as input variables, the complete parameter calculation formula of self-circulation hydraulic balance system meeting the vertical balance characteristics and requirements of CNC machine tool was deduced, and the parameter influence relationship, the specification determination method and installation and connection requirements for the accumulator were discussed. After practical application and verification, the analysis, calculation and selection methods are correct and effective.
