    摘要:

    齿轮箱作为新能源汽车驱动系统的关键部件之一,如何提高其均载特性、改善NVH性能,成为新能源汽车关注的焦点问题之一。综合考虑齿轮、轴系的弹性变形以及齿轮制造、安装误差等因素,计算齿轮修形参数。建立齿轮箱仿真模型,分析修形前后齿轮接触应力、传递误差以及传动效率的变化规律;制作齿轮箱样机,进行传动效率测试,并与仿真结果进行对比,验证齿轮修形的可靠性。结果表明:修形后的齿轮齿面接触应力显著减小,齿面载荷分布均匀,传递误差峰峰值大幅降低;效率测试结果与仿真结果基本吻合。

    Abstract:

    As one of the key components of new energy vehicles,how to improve the load sharing characteristics and NVH performance of gear boxes has become a hot issue in the new energy vehicle industry.The gear modification parameters were calculated by using the gear modification method,taking into account the elastic deformation of the gear and shafting as well as the manufacturing and installation errors of the gear.The gear box simulation model was built by using the gear design and analysis software,and the changes of gear contact stress,transmission error and transmission efficiency before and after modification were simulated and analyzed.The prototype of gear box was further made and its transmission efficiency was tested.Compared with the simulation results,the reliability of gear modification was verified.The results show that the gear modification can reduce the contact stress on the tooth surface,uniform the load on the tooth surface and reduce the peak value of transmission error.The efficiency test results are basically consistent with the simulation results.
