    摘要:

    为解决非结构环境下空置域识别和最优放置点的选取难题,基于三维点云信息设计一种空置域识别和最优放置点选取算法。利用机器视觉获得点云信息,通过对点云信息进行预处理、分割、平面拟合等操作获取无障碍平面区域,实现对空置区域的识别。利用alpha shapes边缘提取算法结合Kd-Tree半径邻域搜索算法,得到可放置区域。基于点云密度筛选出最佳放置点。在ROS系统中,对算法的可行性和合理性进行实验验证,结果表明:该算法可成功识别出空置域和最优放置点,且算法运行速度较快、鲁棒性好,具有较高的识别准确率。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the problem of vacant domain identification and optimal placement point selection in unstructured environment,an algorithm for vacant domain identification and optimal placement point selection was designed based on 3D point cloud information.Machine vision was used to obtain point cloud information,and unobstructed plane areas were obtained by preprocessing,segmentation,and plane fitting of point cloud information to realize the identification of vacant areas.Then,the alpha shapes edge extraction algorithm combined with the Kd-Tree radius neighborhood search algorithm was used to obtain the placeable area.The best placement points were screened out based on the point cloud density.In the ROS system,the feasibility and rationality of the algorithm were experimentally verified.The results show that the algorithm has a fast running speed,good robustness and high recognition accuracy.
