    摘要:

    为了解决手机无线充线圈人工贴中转膜过程中存在效率低、易出错等问题,设计一款基于视觉的无线充线圈自动贴膜机。根据工艺要求,设计自动贴膜机硬件系统,包括中转膜出料机构、空间四轴运动机构、视觉系统部件、线圈工位运行装置等;视觉系统采用上、下相机,分别对线圈及中转膜进行图像采集,以海康威视VisionMaster为视觉算法平台进行图像处理与编程。从无线充线圈自动贴膜机实际使用情况看出,设备运行良好,生产效率提高了6倍,产品合格率达到99.9%,达到了预期的目标,经济效益大大提高。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the problems of low efficiency and error-prone in the process of manual laminating the transfer film of mobile phone wireless charging coil,an automatic film laminating machine was designed for wireless charging coil based on vision.According to the process requirements,the automatic film laminating hardware system was designed,including transfer film discharging mechanism,3D four-axis motion mechanism,vision system component,coil station operation device,etc.In vision system,the upper and lower cameras were used to collect the images of the coil and the transfer film respectively.Hikvision VisionMaster was used as the visual algorithm platform for image processing and programming.According to the application of the wireless charging coil automatic laminator in the actual production,the equipment runs satisfactorily,the production efficiency is increased by 6 times,the qualified rate of the product reaches 99.9%,reaching the expected goal,and the economic benefit is greatly improved.
