    摘要:

    针对翻袋离心机运行中变质心变速复杂工况,为实现准确进料量检测,依据力和力矩平衡原理,计算设计隔振系统,避免物料激振对称重测量造成影响;分析进料量对设备质心变化影响,推算出检测值与实际值间的线性关系,设计称重系统。结果表明:称重系统检测值准确,可优化进料方式,实现少量多次进料,达到最大滤饼产能。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at varying centroid and varying speed special condition of the inverting filter centrifuge,equipment vibration isolation system was computational designed for accurate measuring feed materiel quantity according to the principle of force and moment balance,so the influence of vibration on weight measurement could be avoided.The influence of feed quantity on the centroid of the device was analyzed,the linear relationship between the detection value and the feed quantity was deduced.The weight measurement system was designed.The application results show the weight measurement system is accurate,maximum filter cake output can be got by optimizing feeding mode with small quantities in high frequency.
