    摘要:

    为了进一步提高现有中速地铁车辆的稳定性和节省低地板车辆的空间,解决由于结构剩余空间不足及车辆限界限制导致无法加装抗蛇行减振器的问题,提出一种适用于铁道车辆的抗蛇行旋转减振器。将传统旋转减振器隔板上的滑阀式阻尼阀系更改为成本低廉的阀片式阻尼阀系,便于通过增加或减少阀片数量调节阻尼阀以适用于铁道车辆的节流特性。相比于传统的铁道车辆筒式液压减振器,旋转减振器具有结构可靠、散热性能更好、安装空间小、安装灵活等优势。建立旋转减振器的数学模型,并与传统抗蛇行减振器的试验结果进行对比,验证旋转减振器模型的准确性;建立旋转减振器与地铁车辆动力学联合仿真模型,分析旋转减振器对车辆系统动力学性能的影响。仿真结果表明:旋转减振器能够代替抗蛇行减振器提供回转阻尼,使中速地铁车辆具有更好的稳定性和平稳性,同时满足曲线通过的要求。

    Abstract:

    In order to improve the stability of existing medium speed metro vehicles and save the space of low floor vehicles,and solve the problem that yaw damper cannot be installed due to the lack of remaining space and vehicle clearance limit,a yaw rotating damper suitable for railway vehicles was proposed.The slide damping valve system on the partition of the traditional rotating damper was changed to a low-cost plate damping valve,so that it was convenient to adjust the damping valve by increasing or reducing the number of valve plates to meet the throttling characteristics suitable for railway vehicles.Compared with the traditional cylindrical hydraulic damper of railway vehicles,the rotating damper has the advantages of reliable structure,better heat dissipation performance,small installation space and flexible installation.The mathematical model of rotating damper was established,and it was compared with the traditional yaw damper through experiment to ensure the accuracy of the rotating damper model,the dynamic co-simulation model of rotating damper and metro vehicle was established,and the influence of rotating damper on the dynamic performance of vehicle system was analyzed.The results show that the rotating damper can replace the yaw damper to provide rotating damping,so that the medium speed metro vehicle has better stability and stationarity,which can meet the requirements of curve passing at the same time.
