    摘要:

    对数控车床进行可用性分析是后续制定可用性增长措施方向的依据,因此如何进行准确可靠的可用性分析是本研究的重点内容。传统对数控车床进行的可用性研究主要是单因素分析,其结果常与用户所需存在偏差。基于此,综合考虑用户需求、数控车床子系统间相关关系及各子系统与用户间的相关关系,借鉴QFD思想,构建数控车床可用性屋。为便于求解可用性屋输出项,将可用性屋模型转化为矩阵形式,实现矩阵之间的运算直接求解,以便于简化计算过程。根据输出项中的各子系统综合影响权重,即可确定数控车床可用性改进的方向,最终实现投入最小的可用性改进工作以满足用户最大的需求,从而提高产品市场竞争力。

    Abstract:

    The availability analysis of the CNC lathe is the basis of formulating the growth measures of availability. So, how to carry on the availability analysis accurately and reliably is the key content of this paper. The traditional methods of the availability research of CNC lathe, are mainly the single factor analysis, which results are often had error with the customer demand. Based on this, using the idea of QFD for reference, the paper 〖JP3〗will take into account the customer demand information, the relationship of the CNC lathe’s subsystem, and the correlation between the customer demand and the subsystems uncertainty to establish the DHOA model. To solve the DHOA’s 〖JP2〗output, the paper will transform DHOA into the matrixform, in order to simplify the calculation. According to the calculation results, we can determine the direction of the improving of availability. So the minimum improvement work input will receive the maximum customer demand, in order to improve market competitiveness of products availability.
