Abstract:Currently, 95% of China's manufacturing are flexible operating companies with multi “part of flexible” problems. This paper first analyzes the classic operating problems, then combines the request of resource constraints and operation order constraints, introduce a function to minimize the advance or delayed penalty. Last, a multiobjective flexible jobshop scheduling mathematical model is established. At the same time, a constrain function about “part of flexible” is species and small quantities, the traditional singleobjective jobshop scheduling model can not meet the requirements of the enterprise’s scheduling, while the actual production mostly are “part of flexible” production.
