    摘要:

    从机床主传动系统结构扩大方式和顺序的理论出发,对主传动系统结构式计算公式重新进行了研究。结果表明:只要对现有的传动系统结构式稍加变化,就可以得到其结构式计算公式的通式,利用这个新公式,既可以求得机床主传动系统的转速级数,又可以与结构网直观对应。与传统公式比较,使用方便,在形式和内容上都具有实际意义,从而为机床主传动系统的设计提供了可靠的理论计算式。

    Abstract:

    The calculation formulas of main transmission chain’s structural formulas had been studied in this article from the point of view of the theory on the enlarging manners and orders of systems. The result of research indicates that a general formula for the calculating of the transmission of machine tools can be obtained only if a small change is made for the existing one. Using this new formula, not only the rotational speed series of the machine tools can be easily acquired, but also both theirs structural formula and network visually (visual?) correspondence. Compared with the traditional ones, it is convenient to use, and has significance meaning in practice both in the form and content. So it provides a reliable theoretical formula for the calculation of the main transmission system of machine tool.
